Kick off your New Year resolutions by participating in the national First Day Hike program, sponsored by America’s State Parks. Friends of Maybury volunteers will lead a family friendly hike at 10:00 am. from the Trailhead building, located near the Eight Mile road park entrance. Dress appropriately for the weather. Pets must be on a 6-foot leash at all times. Light refreshments will be available courtesy of Friends of Maybury. This program is FREE, however a Recreation Pass is required for park entry. Park hours are 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
