


Downtown Development Authority Executive Director
Kate Knight joined the DDA in the summer of 2025 as Executive Director, bringing more than a decade of downtown development leadership experience, and returning home to lead the downtown she loves best, since planting roots with her family in 2002. Recent accolades in peer communities include leading Downtown Farmington to Great American Main Street national semi-finalist status in 2024 and achieving Michigan Downtown Association's 2024 Organization of the Year. Knight was Oakland County's inaugural Bret Rasegan Main Street Oakland County Leader in 2025. She is a frequent speaker and passionate advocate for downtown revitalization.
Kate holds a BA in Design from Michigan State University and an Master of Urban Planning from Wayne State University, specializing in Community Development.

Downtown Development Authority Assistant Director
Stacy Pearson joined the DDA in the summer of 2023 as the Assistant DDA Director. Prior to working with the Northville DDA, Stacy worked as the Special Events & Development Director at the Northville Art House for 3 years. Stacy has a BFA from the University of Michigan and an MA from the University of Oklahoma.
