Downtown Northville's Social District "THE TWIST"

Created as a way to keep Downtown Northville vibrant during the pandemic and beyond, "The Twist" has become a favorite for businesses and visitors alike. Enjoy Michigan's weather in all seasons in specially designated areas currently closed to vehicular traffic. The Twist encompasses Town Square as well as Main St. between Wing and Hutton, and Center St. between Dunlap and Cady.

How to enjoy The Twist:

Enter any participating Social District establishment. (Social District hours are Monday  - Sunday from 12:00pm - 10:00pm.)

Order your favorite adult beverage in a designated Twist cup.

Exit the establishment onto the permitted Social District sidewalks, streets and commons areas in Downtown Northville.

Enjoy your beverage while strolling the designated Social District boundaries. Signs indicate boundaries.

Dispose your Twist cup when empty. Each cup is one time use!

Repeat! Participating Restaurants include: 160 Main, Browndog Barlor, Center Street Grill, Exchange Bar & Grill, Genitti's Hole-in-the-Wall, Great White Buffalo Brewing Company, LeGeorge, Los Tres Amigos, Lucy & The Wolf, Marquis Theatre, Northville Sports Den, Simply Wine, Table 5, The Garage Grill & Fuel Bar, Koji, Twisted Cork, and Villa Norte.

Some  perennial favorites include the Summer Concert Series consisting of over 44 concerts Thursday through Saturday, Dancin' in the Ville Wednesday evenings throughout the summer, The Skeletons are Alive (October), Halloween activities (October), and a variety of holiday events (November-December).
